Roll Configuration

We can produce roll stock up to 40 inches in diameter on 6 inch or 3 inch cores. Our lines use surface winders that not only allow large outside diameter (OD) rolls, but also provide windup consistency that virtually eliminates bagging or sagging of films. The film can be treated up to a level of 60 dynes, depending on gauge and formula, and the treat can be on the inside, outside, or both sides.
